Agents, you can retrieve and print a Minneapolis Truth in Housing Report, a Certificate of Approval, or a re-inspection check list by following these instructions:

1. Go to www.ci.minneapolis.mn.us/propertyinfo/
2. Click on Property Info Look-up Service
3. Enter address (no Street or Avenue designation, No North, South East or west designation) click Go
4. Select correct address, click Go
5. Click on Truth in Sale of Housing
6. To print report click on Report

To print the Certificate of Approval, click on COA. If the re-inspection has not been done, there will be no COA; it will read "NO, see check list." If you click on that, you will be able to print the outstanding RRs.
